To book a collection by the courier or to find the nearest delivery point, follow the instructions of DHL or UPS on the return label provided to you. Make sure the package is in the hands of the courier within 30 days of receiving your order.

To return a parcel with the DHL label (supplied with your order) you can arrange to have your parcel collected by clicking on this link and entering the tracking number, which you will find on the label provided.

To return a parcel with the UPS label (supplied by e-mail) you can arrange to have your parcel collected by clicking on this link and entering the tracking number, which you will find on the label provided.
